Background
MULTIS 400+ Used in £60m Landmark Leeds Office Development
MULTIS 400+ reinforced PVC formwork boards are being used in the construction of a prestigious £60 million Grade A office development in the heart of Leeds. Delivered by Clegg Construction, the nine-storey, 80,000 sq ft building is scheduled for completion in summer 2027.
For the construction of the lift shaft and two stairwell cores, 19 mm MULTIS 400+ boards have been incorporated into the PERI TRIO formwork system to produce a plain concrete finish. The project demonstrates the application of MULTIS 400+ within an established formwork system on a major commercial development.
