MULTIS 400+ Used on 117-Apartment Block at Riverpark, Manchester
MULTIS 400+ reinforced PVC formwork boards are being used in the construction of a 117-apartment block at Riverpark, Kellen Homes’ 498-home development on Briscoe Lane, Manchester. The scheme brings a mix of apartments and family houses to a former employment site, with 43% of the homes delivered as affordable housing with Great Places.
For the walls, 19 mm MULTIS 400+ boards have been incorporated into the PERI TRIO formwork system, with 11 mm boards used in Hünnebeck TOPEC for the soffits. The project shows MULTIS 400+ in use on both walls and slabs, across two different panel systems on the same site.
